Food for thought

The Center for Food Action (CFA) provides emergency food, rental/utility assistance, and advocacy to our neighbors in need in Bergen County and Upper Passaic Valley. It has been my pleasure to work with this great organization many times on food drives with the help of the very generous citizens of Bergen County. Yesterday on behalf of my fellow Freeholders, I presented a check for $5,000 to Barbara Grohs and Jennifer Anne Johnson as a way to support their tireless efforts to feed the hungry. I urge all my Facebook friends to help CFA in any way you can.
